Thank you for shopping with us at Floseeds.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer service team at service@floseeds.com to initiate the return process.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ensure that your return is shipped within the 30-day return window.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CANCAL INSTRUCTIONS
If you need to cancel the order during shipping, $10 fee will be minused for that the shipper charges us.
STORES
We do not accept returns for items purchased in our stores. Please refer to the return policy printed on your receipt for any store purchases.
